Busy Busy week/weekend. Redmoon’s Spectacle Lunatique was last night. Worked extra hours to get everything ready for the big gala. Regretfully i didnt take any pictures, too busy dancing and enjoying myself. We got there later so missed out on all the yummy food and the performances. But I did get to see the confetti bomb so off and astronaut with the bubble machine.

I worked on several different projects and prototypes. Some that didn’t even get used in the show like this devil/boy 2D Mask. So, I’m glad that I got to make some major things.

A couple of weeks ago I went to Andrea Everman’s studio to make these birds-

They were cut on a laser printer. Then I attached these celestial organs in them, and attached wings to them. The birds hung from balloons during the event.

I got to make the centerpieces for the event. Using left over images that Andrea had from Swan Lake, I collaged different compositions for the centerpieces. It was lit with a candle on top and sprayed with glitter.

yea, yea.. i haven’t posted in a really long time, but what better time than before the new year for a christmas related post. 

it was a pretty good christmas this year, however my one and only niece, Alani got sick after our family get-together on christmas eve. I would like to blame it on my uncle who brought his two sick boys. not a very smart move.

I celebrated christmas day with Kirkmans. This year marks the first time- I received a present from Santa (I guess getting gifts from Santa is a very American thing), went sledding, and said a prayer at the dinner table. It was a pretty cozy day filled with board games and singing Wham. It’s too bad there’s a sick baby.

I have to admit this dog is pretty cute.
